Fitness is the new black and if you don’t have a fitness tracker it’s time to get one.
I somehow have accumulated a bunch of fitness trackers in the past four months from freebies to FOMO (fear of missing out) purchases. Honestly, it’s been hard to choose which tracker I want to use.
There are a lot of fitness trackers on the market and they all do different things and have different features. It’s important to understand what exactly it is you want to track before going out and making your purchase.
For the next four weeks I’ll be testing four fitness trackers with similar and different features. I will be looking at each products ease of use, style, accuracy, design, app functionality, etc. So basically its SophisTechation.

- FitBit Flex
- Apple Watch
- Polar FT1
